[ISS Support Case] AVEVA Services not starting automatically after upgrading to Windows 11 - InTouch 2023 R2

Client has upgraded three workstations with InTouch 2023 R2 to Windows 11. After upgrading, several AVEVA services are not starting automatically. Everything functions normally after manually starting the services. Services affected are AVEVA Watchdog, AVEVA Product License, AVEVA Communication Backend Service, Historian Client Access Point and others. Some services start without issue.
