[ISS Support Case] Application Manager Showing No ViewApps Found

Customer is trying to open an application in WindowMaker. But when they go into the Application Manager, it says "No ViewApps found in c:\Program Files (x86)\ArchestrA\Framework\Bin\ViewApps"

Client called in due to issue when launching a window that has the Web Browser widget embedded in it. The window is blank and there is an error message that states "If this page is displaying incorrectly click here. In the test the client is using a Google.com URL. Believe this issue is related to internet explorer security configuration. The clients tested this on different nodes within the system and it functioned properly on all other nodes.
