[ISS Support Case] Application Data Is Stale SSL Error Undetermined

Description

One of our primary servers for an application that we use has the screens that are not refreshing and shows an error related to SSL. Started sometime today (exact time unknown) Application is currently running data is not updating has tried rebooting system.
