[ISS Support Case] AOS servers occasionally out of sync
Last updated: October 17th, 2025Description
Issue Overview: It appears that the AOS servers get out of sync with each other occasionally and don't operate/display the same as each other. This issue has been there for along time it doesn't happen often. We are on System Platform 2017 U3 SP1, but the issue was also there when we were running 2014. The system is running in an offline configuration so you can't remote in to help with this support. What can I do the next time this happens to help identify what the issue might be? CORE G-3.0 v6.0 MBTCP G-1 v4.0 ( coming through bridge serial to ethernet) GATEWAY G-3.0 v6.0
