[ISS Support Case] Alarms did not show on the Intouch Client PCs

Description

We have an application developed by a Vendor and in this app have an Screen to show the Alarms on the PLC and the System. If i run the Intouch app on my IDE Server it show the alarms but if i deploy this on the Client PC's this does not show any Alarm Attached is a zip with the pictures from the IDE and the Client PC
