[ISS Support Case] Alarm DB Logger Manager Unable to connect to server

Client reached out as when user is attempting to connect to the WWALM DB the user is receiving a "Connection to Server not available" error message. Troubleshooting steps taken so far: Enable mixed mode in SQL Enable the SQL SA account Tested connection to DB with a UDL file and it was successful. Make sure SQL port 1433 is not blocked and is open on that machine. In the SQl Server Configuration manager: TCP/IP should be enabled? In the SQl Server Configuration manager: Names Pipes should be enabled? In SSMS>Security>Logins: Windows user and SA user should have DB_Owner permissions to the WWALMDB (This would fail with the error message SA Lockout Err 15405 Cannot use special principal SA)
