[ISS Support Case] Alarm db logger manager connection issue

Setting up new win10 machines. On 1 of the machines after he installs SQL and tries to connect to database with alarm db logger manager error message: "connection to server not available" We can login to sql fine using same SA account and we can connect via UDL to sql which is on the same machine. Cannot create the wwalmdb database. Tried using hostname and (local) 2020r2p01
