[ISS Support Case] Alarm Banner Stopped Working Unknown Error Message

Using intouch 2020 R2 SP1 having an issue with an alarm banner getting an InTouch OLE Automation Error: 0x100e0202 Error processing 'AlarmViewerCtrl1.TotalAlarms' on getting real property (resolution). OLE object reference is not bound to an OLE object. New stand alone InTouch system running for 4 months, all of a sudden got this error message since last Early Saturday morning 01.28. Alarm banner basically runs the system based on ActiveX script whenever it runs (looking for total alarms in the banner alarm count or something like that) Does not currently have access to the system to collect error message or logger information (uncertain when access will be granted).
