[ISS Support Case] After In Place Upgrade InTouch Window Viewer Will Not Open

Upgraded from 2017 to 2020 R2 SP1 using an UNBLOCKED installer. Went through the upgrade (uninstalled SQL Server) now tries to open application in WM and gets Failed to open InTouch Application See Log For details. In the SMC : Warning WWCdi From Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server. Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2]. . Unspecified error (80004005) caught at line 12377 in Cdi.cpp Warning WWCdi Application is unable to connect to the SQL Server database. Please ensure that SQL Server is configured to allow proper access to the ArchestrA Network User using aaConfig SQL utility and retry the operation. - Standard InTouch - Can create New Application NOTE: Client described during the installation getting an non specific error (rare occurrence message). Remote support is possible.
