[ISS Support Case] ABCIP connection to 1756L84ES Poor Performance

I've been having an issues which may be caused by the ABCIP connectivity to my Rockwell Controllogix 1756L84ES Guardlox 5580 Safety Controller PLC, Revision 32.013. It appears that the CIP connections are loading up the MSG (Class 3) to the point where the controller is becoming unresponsive. I reduced the Maximum Number of CIP Connections from the Default (4) to (2), which has improved the performance, but it is still burdening the controller. I notice in my SMC that ABCIP is showing as (BETA). I am not sure if there is a later release that improves this performance. I scanned through the AVEVA knowledgebase, coming across this KB: FAQ000019318 . It suggested that for "lower-end" controllers, to reduce that number. But this is a high-end ControlLogix processor, so I don't know if that applies. I would welcome any thoughts or suggestions.
