[ISS Support Case] aahTrendControl showing a red-x in the HMI window

Description

A customer has upgraded their system platform from 2012 (integrator was uncertain regarding previous version) to now 2023 R2 SP1. The system is mostly working but his HMI view apps are unable to display the trend controls that they were able to use prior to the upgrade. They see the red X in the screenshot below when they try to load up the control/symbol in the IDE/window maker __GalaxyInfo_CdiVersion=3275.0113.0110.0008 SQL version : 10.0.4067.0 (2008 SP2 update MS12-070)
