[ISS Support Case] 2023 SP Upgrade: won't deploy to one platform

Last updated: March 7th, 2025

Description

we upgraded our galaxy to 2023 from 2020R2 today. We got everything working except for one of our 2 redundant viewapp platforms deployed. No windows updates or anything between. We've run configurator and Change Network Account many many times to no success. We stood up a new server: also can't deploy that. in IDE our error is "Failed to Deploy (nodename): remote node's user ID/Password don't match GR node's" in SMC, I think the error is: "Execute CallGlobalCacheMonitor Return S-False, Will retry 1". it could be an aaPim thing, DCOM, I dunno. it's a weird one. production is limping along, but not running well.
