[ISS Support Case] Unable to add licenses

I cannot add a license server to the license manager. I am trying to upgrade from 2014 R2 to 2023. I uninstalled all the 2014 R2 software. Installed the 2023 software that was needed including the license manager and server since this will be a local install. I have an offline license I m trying to activate for runtime only.

[ISS Support Case] GDI License Service Stopped

Client reached out as the communication drivers are intermittently failing into grace period mode while the license server is not in grace period mode. The GDI licensing service is experiencing issues with intermittent stopping.

[ISS Support Case] OI server missing from OCMC

A customer reported an issue while working with the AVEVA Communication Driver Pack 2020 R2. Specifically, the OR server was not displayed in the OCMC/SMC. Although the customer confirmed that the Communication Driver Pack was installed, the particular driver was not listed.
