IDE would not acquire license. The development node is also the license server in this case. Cleared the client trusted storage(C:\ProgramData\AVEVA\Licensing\Backendmodule1) and started License agent service manually. IDE still failed to acquire license. When checking services the License agent service was stopped again. Test to license server in configurator was successful. User Account was an Administrator and part of AELicMgr group.
