Details

The first step in editing a previously published workbook requires the user to Sign In... to the Dashboard (Tableau) Server. Open the Wonderware Intelligence Analytics Client desktop application.

Select Server | Sign In... from the menu.

Type the server name and port number using the format <ServerName>:8000, and then click on the Connect button. You will then be prompted for the login, password, and domain.

Next select Server | Open Workbook... from the menu.

Select to highlight the workbook to be edited from the list of published workbooks and then click on the Open button.

Edit the workbook as required. Click on the save icon on the toolbar when complete to save the changes.

Note: It is not necessary to re-publish the workbook. Just remember to save before exiting.
