Querying more than three days of data in Active Factory Web Trend causes tag data to disappear. Historian Client Trend shows the same data correctly.

Details

The reason the data disappears is because it the query is timing out.

Click on the Server List Configuration in your Active Factory Web Trend.(Highlighted in Yellow)

In the Servers List Configuration at the bottom you will have "Timeout in seconds"

Set:

Connection from 5 to 10 

Query from 120 to 240

Your queries should now succeeded.
