The platforms failed to deploy for Windows 10 workstations only. An access denied message was found in the SMC Log Viewer.
Login and/or Password Mismatch error messages were sometimes seen during deployment instead of the Access Denied message.
A DCOM error was found in the event viewer at the time of the platform deployment.
Searching on RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_INTEGRITY found the Microsoft Update KB5004442 - DCOM Hardening.
The DCOM Hardening key was disabled in the registry to resolve this issue.
