Description
Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion.
Solution Details
First, ensure the ArchestrA user account is not being used for Windows login. If it is, AVEVA's recommendation is to use a different account and NOT log in using the ArchestrA account. Run the Change Network Account utility as necessary to update the ArchestrA account.
If that alone does not resolve the issue:
Open Group Policy Editor.

Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User Profiles

Locate the policy for: Do not forcefully unload the user registry at user logoff.

See if the setting is set to “Not Configured”. If so, set it to “Enabled” instead. This disables the “User Profile” features that cause the problem.
Reboot the machine.
