The Archestra Alarm Client is failing to connect when using History Blocks as datasource

The Archestra Alarm Client is failing to connect when using History Blocks as datasource. This most likely reason this is failing is because of a firewall between the IDE and the Historian which has the History Blocks with the alarm history data.
The ports were different in the past. A new port has to be opened.
The new port required to talk to History Blocks for alarms is port 32569. This will have to be configure either in your Windows Firewall or network firewall.
