how do i gain access to the software toolkits? specifically for 2014 r2 sp1? thanks.

Tool kits can be found on the AVEVA site in Product Hub. Search toolkits or SDK. The download page will display the most recent version of the product. For earlier versions (if they are available) can be accessed from the download page scroll down to see the Additional / Previous versions section. Select the See More Button.
