043762 - Cannot retrieve a valid license for Historian Client


Customer installed his Archestra.lic Historian Client license via a RDP session. When he runs a trend on that RDP session a valid license is not obtained.

Product Version: 10.0


I told him I have seen this issue in the past and because he is logged in via RDP the Trend Client will not obtain a valid license. I told him to go directly to the PC (non-RDP) and try the trend.
