When the customer opens Historian Client Report, it opens the template document, but there are no tools to actually do any reporting. The historian toolbar is not shown.

This is related to Macro security within Office. By default 2007 denies Macros from running. To fix this, open Word and go to the top left where the Office Icon is.� Click the Office Icon and go to "Word Options" at the bottom.� From there go to Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings.� From here, "Enable all macros". When you then close Word and open the Historian Client Report, you should now see the Historian toolbar at the top.
