038686 - ActiveFactory's Excel Workbook doesn't work with History Values

Problem

The customer is trying to look up History Values in an Excel Spreadsheet. He has done this before, but now when he tries he is only getting one result back instead of the 480 he should get (1 per minute for 8 hours). Why is this happening?

Product Version: 9.2

OS: Win 7 32 bit

Solution

Looked through the settings the customer had chosen, and they were actually all correct. The one thing we did notice though was that he was using the older ActiveFactory 9.2 instead of the 10.0 Historian Client. Had the customer upgrade to the current version (Which is needed as this was a Windows 7 machine), the report would now work.
