Problem

Getting error " Retrieval style definitions is XML document are invalid

Product Version: 9.2

OS: Win 2003

OS_SP: SP2

Solution

When checking C:\Documents andSettings\All Users\Application Data\ArchestrA\ActiveFactory\Trend we noticed that the RetreivalStyles.xml and RetreivalStyles.xsd files were missing. He will need to install ActiveFactory on the server machine to resolve the issue.
