The customer's excel no longer shows the addin for active factory.

OS: Win 2003
Explained to the customer there are two ways to fix this: 1) Uninstall and reinstall AF 2) Go into Excel > Tools > Addins and then browse to c:\program files\common files\archestra and select the histclient.xla file. Both methods will readd the toolbar.
