The customer just installed AF 9.1 on a end user system but whenever they try to open any of the programs he gets this error.

After looking thorugh past cases, this was always related to the customer not having .Net 1.1 SP1 installed, or thier .Net install being corrupt. You can check to see if you have SP1 installed by opening the windows registy and checking: [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v1.1.4322] if the value for SP = 0 then SP1 is not installed.
