84576 - Thin Manager ECO mode not working

Problem

Both on site and remotely when users try to log into Thinmanager, the users are unable to ECO any of the thin client terminals. Tries to log into a one of the Thin Manager Servers and sees a black screen. Suspect this could be related. Issue was first identified Tuesday evening. - no power events - no known updates or changes to the system Remote support is possible. Thin Manger Version 12.1 SP 3

Solution

After a restart of the Thin Server Service the tree view was once again populated with thin clients. Client identified The secondary server was not running which accounted for the black screen and hosting instances having an issue. Once powered up the issue was resolved.
