83253 - ThinManager not Acquiring License from Primary Server

Problem

ThinManager Thin Client not acquiring License from Primary Server. There is mixture of old and new ACP licenses. -------------- WINTMC needs the wintmc and redundant license to work.

Solution

Per ThinManager support customer needs 35 redundant licenses. Will get the regular thinmanager licenses and not the Factory Talk (FTA) licenses. Customer will reach out to Berek.
