Thin client repeatedly reboots. The screen, while on, states username and password are incorrect
OS Service Pack:
The customer had a power outage recently. This caused the host server to shutdown. There was a problem with one user profile after an OMI update was deployed. The desktop would display from the user but was locked up. We disabled the user from ThinManager, logged the user off, deleted the user profile, removed keys for the user from the registry, and rebooted the server. The OMI app then opened as expected.
