71391 - Terminal Server Freezes after 5 clients are online

Problem

When users are clicking buttons on the application either through thin manager or at the terminal the applications freeze up for a while and InTouch stops responding

Solution

We have identified a number of bad items in the application from within the SMC log viewer. The customer will try to remove those and increase the RAM on the terminal server from 8 GB to 16 GB and let us know if this resolves the issue,
