71838 - Touch Panel Not Recognizing License
Problem
Attached is the ArchestrA.lic file that I received on the license disk. If you would, take a look at it. It acts as if no license is installed when on the matching touchpanel. The touchpanels mac addresses are 0003E119698A7 and 0003E119698A8.

Solution
license was regenerated by WW hardware team. Sent to user, panel was able to recognize the new license
