70353 - Licensing Question on a upgraded Kontron panel PC

Problem

I have discovered that when a Windows 10 upgrade is performed, that the original product key is replaced by a generic one (the product ID in this article is the exact same one I pulled from the upgraded Kontron panel PC). There's got to be a manufacturer's or OEM Windows 7 product key for these computers. How do we find it?
