84335 - Aveva Wonderware reconnect issues

Problem

There was a power event, that caused the nodes to hard shutdown.  Two of them would not come back online after the power was restored.  The AIMTokenHost service refused to start.

Version: 2020 R2

Service Pack: SP2

OS: Windows Server 2019

OS Service Pack:SP2

Solution

Client rebuilt the system overnight. Sent InSource Tech Note TN-1223 which describes how to reset Aveva SMS. Client will advise if issues persist.
