74705 - Trend application not working


Onsite have Trend is unable to see data. From Window Viewer can see data from trend control. Was working about a week ago after making some updates Trend application is no longer working. Hasn't had a chance to look at the logs. CNA credentials are unknown. WebEx not possible. Tried Tool Servers logging in with SQL login, was able to log in but still not seeing any data. Workgroup

Client has been pulled away on other issues. However when discussing the issue with an engineer on site it's suspected that this is due to a licensing issue. Client is pretty sure they have the necessary files but will follow up on this ticket should he require further support.
