87209 - Indusoft License Reissue Request

Problem

Client called in due to license failing to acquire properly due to the license being tied to the hardware on a now obsolete PC they were only able to recover the hard drive from. "We had Indusoft Webstudio 8.1 SP4 running on a machine for the last several years and we took a lightning strike Friday night/Saturday morning. We were able to pull the hard drive out of the old machine, place it in new machine, and everything booted up. However, when Webstudio attempted to run we ran into an error regarding our license."

Solution

Requested reissued license for client through SR 960423695. After validating license client system was functioning successfully.
