Description

This article addresses an issue where WindowMaker/WindowViewer (InTouch) will not open and results in a Windows error.

Details

When attempting to open InTouch you will see the following error:

As a possible solution, go to the icon/shortcut that launches WindowMaker or WindowViewer right click, select Properties and select the Compatibility tab.

There is a check box for Compatibility mode. If you are running a different OS than the one defined for this setting, uncheck the box to disable it.

InTouch should then open successfully.
