Details

When trying to open InTouch Application Manager it takes a long time to open. This happens when the computer is not on the Internet.

To resolve this you will need to go into

Internet Explorer->Internet Options->Advanced

Uncheck

Check for publisher's certificate revocation
Check for server certificate revocation

Click Apply & Ok

Close Internet Explorer
