Details

Step 1

Mount the ISO or install media and run the setup.  The installer should detect that you already have the Historian present.

Step 2

Install Application Server and InTouch (verify that Historian should already be selected for upgrade)

Step 3

You may need to stop the services if they are running. If that doesn’t work you may have to shutdown and disable the Historian:

Step 4

Launch and run configurator after the installer completes

Step 5

Make sure Historian Server has a green check next to it.  You do not need to configure the extensions.

Step 6

Reboot the machine and then verify that Historian starts back up and is the correct (upgraded version)
