This article from InSource shows how to use the InSight Connector for Excel Online 365 in AVEVA InSight.  This requires AVEVA Insight (Cloud) and Office 365.

Details

To utilize the InSight Connector for the AVEVA Insight, you MUST use the Cloud version, as the On-Premise version does NOT have this functionality built in as of 2017 Update 3.  

 

1) Select the larger blue Share icon at the bottom right, then select "Download".

2) This gives you two options in the Cloud version, choose Excel Online.  You MUST have an Office 365 subscription in order to use this as it required Excel Online.

3) Then connector will then show up after logging in with your Office 365 account.   You have options to show your data in raw form or you can perform the data export in 15, 1 hour, or 1 day aggregates.   For Aggregates, you have following options.

Minimum

Maximum

Last

Total (Also known as Integral if using a valid "Engineering Unit over Time" such as (gal/m or RPM or m3/hr)).
